All orders ship from within the United States.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your stick. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:
- 130-day return window — Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- 2Unused condition — Items must be unused, uncut, and in original packaging. Sticks that have been cut to size or used on a playing surface cannot be returned.
- 3Email us first — Send an email to info@floorballstore.us with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions.
- 4Refund timeline — Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or wrong item? If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you — no return shipping needed.
Frequently Asked Questions
- QCan I cut my stick to size?
Yes — most players cut sticks to fit. Note that cutting voids the return eligibility. A good rule: the stick should reach your navel when standing in shoes. - QDo you ship outside the US?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only. - QAre the sticks IFF certified?
Yes — all sticks we carry that are intended for competitive play are IFF (International Floorball Federation) certified where applicable. Check individual product descriptions for certification details. - QWhat payment methods do you accept?
